- TTomStaffordshire •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoExquisite. Fantastic atmosphere, the staff are very polite and welcoming. The food is exceptional, with a great varied menu. Not the cheapest of places but this is reflected in the quality of the service and food, as they say, you get what you pay for. Would definitely eat here again. - HHelenLondon •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoBooked for Sunday lunch and had 2 courses starter (soup and parfait) and main (beef and chicken). Couldn't fault food or service, portion sizes were massive hence no room for desert. Venue is lovely we married there many years ago so was nice to see the restaurant has had a new lease of life after the venue closed. Really hope it goes from strength to strength. Recommend and will be back ☺️More infoThe Stable DoorPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• High Melton•5
- DDeryckLincolnshire •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoNot being a fan of cream and cakes, I have always been a bit reluctant to do afternoon tea. However, having experienced this, because of a gift card from daughter, my opinion has changed. My wife enjoyed her standard tea of cream and jam scone with selection of cakes but I had the savoury option, all my favourite things, sausage roll, pork pie, cheese, scotch egg, haslet with pickle as well as the standard sandwiches. Superb. The ambience, service and overall experience were all excellent. I am converted to afternoon tea and will be doing it again.More infoDoddington Tea RoomPrice: Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Lincoln•4.5
