Ce nouveau restaurant constitue la seconde ouverture d'Albert, petit frère du Albert's Shed à Castlefield, dans le centre-ville de Manchester. Le nouvel espace, qui a été créé sur l'ancien site du pub Barleycorn sur Barlow Moor Road à Didsbury, vise à offrir au sud de Manchester un espace de repas moderne et soigné doté d'une salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 160 personnes en intérieur mais aussi 60 personnes sur sa fabuleuse terrasse extérieure idéale pour manger en plein air l'été.
