Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Howgill

Lovely Sunday lunch 2 course menu - friendly attentive staff and superb finish inside. Food quality was excellent too. It was our first time visiting and highly likely we will make the 30+ minutes drive over again soon.

We had afternoon tea today and it was fabulous. The food was excellent, service was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. They were incredibly accommodating and made the whole experience extra special. Thank you.

Our first time dining at Eight @ Gazegill and it definitely won't be our last. The staff were professional and the chef was very accommodating in terms of meeting my dietary needs. Superb value for outstanding food. Beautiful scenery which will be even better on a sunny day. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely selection for afternoon tea, we don't eat meat but they were very helpful and served suitable alternatives.

Lovely meal, friendly staff, and a lovely pub Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, the staff were great, the only reason I marked Ambience down was because it was cold. It was a very chilly Febuary day and it would have been lovely to walk into a nice warm pub. We would love to go back and perhaps try the taster menu next time.
