Coast Restaurant are delighted to have received their first AA Rosette for 15 years! Enjoy the finest locally sourced ingredients served with simplicity and style, with menus that change with the seasons to reflect the seasonality of the produce we use. Coast at the Hythe Imperial offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting. Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons. Dishes are never over-elaborate and always allow the quality of the ingredients to shine through.Please note that we require a non-refundable deposit of £15pp for tables of 4 and above. For larger tables of over 8 people, please call 01303 267441. If there is a pre booked event in our Coast Restaurant, dinner will be served in our Windsor Lounge.
