Buono Bistro offers guests traditional Italian fare crafted using modern culinary techniques. Starters here include an iced jumbo shrimp cocktail, eggplant rollatini, calamari freta and stuffed portabella mushrooms filled with crabmeat, spinach and mozzarella cheese. Dinner options are separated into pasta, risotto and specialty categories.
