Best Italian Restaurants in Benson

We've been coming to Gavi he opened his first rest as Grant out on Broadway. The food is amazing. The service at Piazza Gavi is horrible. Wd always wonder why it doesn't ever make the list of top 2 or 3 Italian restaurants and we suspect it's the lackluster service. Inattentive service, long waits for refills, never being asked if we want a second glass of wine, being asked if we want dessert so long after we have finished our meals and have been staring at our dirty plates that we just want to go home. We return for the incomparable spicy garlic shrimp and the wonderful food but wonder why.

5 of us went and we all raved about how delicious everyone’s meals were. We had the baked Lasagna, chicken main dish, meatball appetizer and the zucchini pasta dish. We will be back soon.

We always get a great meal at ZP. The place was very crowded for a Tuesday evening, and many people showed up without reservations. The staff worked diligently to make sure that everyone was attended to, and we applaud their hard work. In our humble opinion, we feel that ZP always meets the standard for how an excellent restaurant should run - they reward their customers with great food and service.

Food is always great. The pizza is my favorite! Bruschetta is good too!

The large antipasto was wonderful! Chicken tasty, but the clams were small and not great. As my partner said, don’t order clams in the desert anyhow!
