Best Italian Restaurants in Pennsville Township

Server was hands down a 10/10. Unfortunately being so busy, it was to be understood given the date. Was hoping for slightly better preparation from management. However, this place is still phenomenal.

We love bardea- the food is inventive, delicious, and always changing. I did notice the portions were considerably smaller on the tri tip with Guava Bernaise- a particular favorite we get when we're there. I know things are tough all over, but this was the only disappointing thing in a spectacular meal. I recently heard they were up for a James Beard award and I could not be more excited for them- it's just always a lovely night out.

So, it's Valentine's dinner and the place is full. And, yet, the service and the food was excellent. It's why they have been in business for so long. Love it everytime we dine there.

Our server Larry was knowledgeable, gracious, and checked in with our party just often enough. His service elevated our experience and he even caught in passing it was one of our birthdays. Sparkler on our shared dessert was a nice touch without making the birthday gal the center of the entire restaurant's attention.

My husband and I are Maryland “crab snobs”! DiPaolo’s is the only restaurant in NJ where we will eat the crab cakes — all crabmeat- amazing and delicious!! Can’t go wrong with their steaks either. Actually we have been eating there for years and every meal had been delicious. Shared a fabulous tomahawk steak with my grandson there during Thanksgiving weekend.
