Our menu and theme of the restaurant is inspired by taking classics and adding a modern flare. We renovated a classic American building with contemporary design inside. The menu is taken from classic recipes, sourced locally and given a twist. The items will be familiar yet distinct. You will find presentation to be clean and simple. Our beverage program is an experience in itself. Our historic bar will transport you back in time, and our bartenders will guide you on a journey of crafted cocktails, wines and draft beer. L'histoire légendaire du Diorio Restaurant a commencé au début des années 1920. L'ancien Rocco Diorio proposait une nourriture traditionnelle et de nombreux souvenirs durables pour la plupart des personnes dans les environs de Waterbury. Le restaurant a été fermé en 1980 et rouvert en 1991 après la restauration totale pour revenir à sa splendeur d'origine.
