Best Farm To Table Restaurants in Kapalua

It's been a few years since we dined at Taverna. We ordered the focaccia bread, Cesar salad, and lasagna. All three we're delicious. Some of the menu items are no longer available under the new ownership, but several new and island related choices have been added. We'll be back.

We so enjoy our trips to Maui. We always try to get our bookings set as soon as we can for Merriman's. The location and its sunset views are just spectacular. I always start off with the signature mai tai. The food is phenomenal, and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. We appreciate the attentive care the staff takes to make it a memorable visit every time. We have been fortunate to go with several other couples over the years and they often remind us that those nights were so memorable. Thank you and we look forward to our next trip to both Maui and Merriman's.

My wife had the tenderloin and I had the short rib, both were really excellent. The service was outstanding. Yes it is expensive, but you don’t mind that if everything else is the quality you expect of a Ritz Carlton.

Extremely unique and worth it. This place is up on the mountain, and the architecture alone is a sight to see. The service is on point, and the food is 5 stars. I highly recommend seeing the restaurant and gardens to have a less commercialized experience.

You are seated with a small group with your own bartender who is tailoring your food/drink experience. Pretty special. The three plates equate to more than enough food for us for dinner. We were fed delicious beef w/ mushrooms, tender octopus, lovely seared ahi, kanpachi crudo, and delicious cocktails. The cilantro based cocktail served with the octopus was very memorable. Very highly recommend trying it out.
