I would like to note that I let the server know of my gluten allergy and he explained all the options that were available gluten free. When the food was delivered, it was announced that my meal was gluten free twice! It made me feel great that everyone involved was well aware. The surroundings are beautiful and the food is always fresh and delicious. We have been here to Merriman’s in Kapalua several times and the food and service are consistently excellent.
