With over 30 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine with his specialty in sushi, Jimmy strives on perfecting the art of sushi making and is always makes sure that the ingredients used are all up to standards before cooking. We had a great experience from start to finish. Every piece of Omakase we received was fresh and delicious! Each piece was crafted uniquely and was paired perfectly with other ingredients. The ambiance was a fun vibe! Staff went above and beyond for my husband and I. We also ordered A la carte pieces that were not apart of the omakase package. I highly recommend trying the Big Mac, Toro Negi roll, and the Spicy Salmon Yuzo Roll (this is spicy if you like heat). Everything paired nicely with The Yamazaki. We’ll definitely return back!

We had an amazing outdoor seating experience at Timo. We love the BYOB option and enjoyed all the creative sushi roll options. The presentation and flavor of our picks were incredible. Huge kudos to the host as he handled a drunken customer situation to perfection. He not only stayed calm, but he brought the customer outside and attempted to help him order for several minutes before offering him different dining options nearby. At the end when the drunken man (at 7 pm) walked away he cursed at the host. The host stayed professional and returned to work with no questions or retort to the drunk. I really hope the host is shown this review and congratulated on his skill and work ethic!

My first trip to this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. It's a very unassuming establishment located right in the middle of Jewlers row. Food was excellent ...service was friendly and personalized. Will definitely go back.
