We are ecstatic to open a state of the art open kitchen, serving the two dishes we recklessly love and cannot live without...noodles and sushi! Our goal is to focus heavily on freshness and quality, as we make craft noodles and sushi for our guests. That also means we will be making everything from scratch, in-house.
