Best Oyster Bars in South Plainfield

Darius was a wonderful, knowledgeable and patient server that was able to provide intuitive recommendations that helped us order the dishes most appropriate for individual palates

On the early side on a Thursday at the bar in the back it was pleasantly quiet. It was comfortable sitting at the bar. The bartender was excellent, the food delicious. It's pricey, but I think worth it for a special dinner. The grilled oysters were my favorite. The cocktails are expensive but high quality.

My husband and I shared spare ribs, wedge salad, the medium size seafood tower and the Parker House rolls. All of it was delicious, although the ribs were pretty fatty. Our server was awesome and she even let us know when she was leaving and introduced us to the server that took her place, who was great too. For NYC, the price of our meal was good, given how outstanding the food was.

I really enjoyed my time. We had to ask the server multiple times for multiple things but besides that; the food was delicious. You all have the best bread I’ve ever had. Hands down!
