With this desire, we decided to open Bloom Plant Based kitchen. Not only is eating a more plant-based diet healthier and more forgiving to one’s body, but it is significantly better for the environment. We like to say that we are International Vegan Restaurant. That means our food is 100% plant based and Globally Inspired. We have a few American classics like homemade veggie burgers, mac and cheese and of course Nachos. However, we also have plenty of healthy options. Our Kitchen Manager specializes in creating comfort dishes from different cultures by making food that is hearty and flavorful, but still healthy. Many food items will have a focus on plants, rather than trying to mimic meat. Reading our menu is like traveling the globe with the different options we will have.     Had a great night at Americano! We were able to book a last minute table on Open Table and were also allowed to add one more when we arrived. All the staff were super friendly and helpful!! The restaurant has a great vibe and the food was delicious. The espresso martini's were good, but the wine list was a bit limited. Would definitely go back again!!

    The space is nice, the service was lovely, the cocktails were good but not life-changing. We were there during Happy Hour, which I was grateful for--their version of a Manhattan is $28, regularly priced, which seems insane to me.

    We came for a birthday and everything was top-notch! The food was amazing!! Few of us had the AMP Burger and others had a steak or branzino. They surprised the birthday girl with a chocolate cake and candle and it all felt so special. Great service, food and experience.
