15 years ago the Piccola Trattoria name was introduced to the Santa Clarita Valley. A concept that began from its Sicilian roots, a way to offer the delicious meals the Piccola Trattoria family grew up enjoying, our interpretation of the best we have come to know in the Italian culture using the best local ingredients as simply as possible. The same delicious simple food that tastes as good as you remember from your last visit to Italy. This is my my favorite restaurant in Southern California. The food is always amazing, and the entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. In the 15 years I’ve been coming here they’ve expanded the restaurant, but never sacrificed in quality. It’s delicious!

We celebrated our daughter’s engagement and as ALWAYS, the food was PHENOMENAL, the service was EXTRAORDINARY and our evening was PERFECT thanks to Piccola Trattoria!! This is definitely one of our top favorite restaurants--Love the authentic Italian vibe & food. Top notch servers & valet (you must use for car safety $6). Never had a bad dish here & so hard to decide what to order--love the spaghetti/meatballs, eggplant parm., lemon cod, I could go on. The dessert menu is always delicious. Must reserve on Open table if you stand a chance to get in--any day of the week--it's that good! Too bad they only put in one set of bathrooms (accessible directly from the main dining room (if I could change one thing--it would be that--need more stalls & put in a different place--this is awkward. Not nearly enough for the number of patrons. The seating is a little crowded and it's noisy but you can overlook all of those things for the fantastic dishes whose pricing is in line with the quality. Don't be afraid to sit in the bar--the tables are actually more comfortable & private than the main dining area & service is consistent. All in all, a great place to dine!

Both the acoustics and the climate control in the patio room have improved since our last visit. It is now approaching the main dining room ambiance. The service would have received a 5 if the bread had arrived before the appetizers. The food was very good although the sauce for the sole was a bit bland. This is still the best restaurant in the area by far.

Just a nice restaurant to have a good meal Service always outstanding and ambience nice Not overly fancy but worthy of dressing up or nice casual Food is good though some times specials fall short of special Last meal was pasta with a short rib ragou that was virtually void of meat. Still delicious but left me wanting Rest if the meal was great including appetizers A string recommendation in the Santa Clarita Valler
