A friend and I had a lovely lunch at Ma Maison today. Even though we are both long time Boston residents this was our first time there. Our waitress was wonderful as were the other staff including the maitre d who accomodated my request for a different table away from the heat vent. It was not rushed, it was not noisy (just lively enough) and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. It really did feel like we were in Paris because everything was yummy and we could linger without any pressure to turn over our table. Merci!!

One of my favorite Boston spots. Authentic, traditional, and excellent French food reasonably priced. Like being in France!

We had an early lunch at Ma Maison. Everything was wonderful! Highly recommend the beef bourguignon.

Ma Maison is a wonderful French restaurants with both traditional French menu items and contemporary cuisine. The food is exceptional. I had escargot in garlic butter and Steak Tartare served in traditional Paris fashion with French fries. My wife had Ray fin with vegetables and rice. We each had the Grand Marinier soufflé for dessert with espresso. We had a bottle of Gigondas with dinner. We have eaten here quite a few times, but this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The wait staff are knowledgeable, attentive, but not overbearing. They will make recommendations if asked and know the menu and food preparations very well. It’s a small restaurant, very cozy. We often find ourselves conversing with people sitting beside us. It’s a friendly place and the atmosphere is quite pleasant and appealing. We live in central Maine and make it a point to visit Ma Maison whenever we’re in the Boston area. We’re never disappointed.
