   Ill start by saying this was my 3rd time ever dining here, and my prior experiences were good, but likely won’t be back after this experience. It was so loud in the restaurant it was difficult to hear the server and my date. The calamari was great, loved the sauce that comes with it as well. Cocktails were solid. Caesar salad was above average Mashed potatoes were incredible and steak fries were solid. However it took just shy of 2 hours from being seated before our steaks came out both of them were woefully incorrect. Our server audibly said “uh oh” when we cut into them I had ordered medium rare and my first streak was charred and he hardly any pink left My date ordered medium well and it was purple and bloody. They took our steaks back and comped 2 of our drinks, so far so good, then the steak came back out, my steak was now a perfect medium rare by my dates stake was still medium rare after sending it back, it’s now been over 2 hours. The crab was also off tasting and the asparagus was undercooked and lacked seasoning. When we asked in the steak they informed us “well done will still be pink throughout” That would have been useful info before ordering. Again, I understand to a degree but then the server made jokes to us about taking the steak home To cook ourselves. We’ve dined at chart house, Morton’s, Eddie v’s recently and had a wonderful end to end experience, for 185 before tip this was a terrible experience. I’m sad to say i won’t be patronizing this establishment’s again.

   We have been going to Pietros for years, and have always been treated like by king and queen. Never disappointed with the quality in the content of food always have had excellent service and the bartender does a great poor.

   First time here. We came for Valentine's Day. 6:30pm reservations. Our server Julie was amazing, very knowledgeable and great customer service. The only downside we experienced was a long wait for our food. We must have just missed the first wave because after an hour of waiting we got our food, then other tables that were recently sat got their food shortly after we did. Overall, very enjoyable experience and great meal and drinks, we will be back for sure.

   Excellent meal ! Extremely attentive waiter ! Loved the middle dining room which wasn’t too close to loud bar area and very nice atmosphere. Steaks were great and all sides & dessert except we won’t get the creamed corn again. Consistency too thick with cream for us and corn a bit chewy not tender. Otherwise we look forward to another visit !

   We have not been to PIETRO's for many years. Unfortunately we did not have an outstanding experience for our Valentine dinner. Our table was in the middle of the room behind a brick pillar, not a nice spot. The server took our drink and app order, delivered the drink and did not return to finish taking the order for 40 minutes while we sat with menus on the table. We had the crab cake appetizer which was okay but not memorable. My husband had the steak special of an aged NY Strip at $72.00. It was not a good steak, having a huge piece of grizzle running the outside of the steak, only about 2/3 of the item was edible. Being disappointed with the steak we were shocked to see the price when the bill was delivered. The restaurant does not measure up to the 5 star rating.

   Always a joy to be at Pietros when we can! I had the Defendant meal last night. Half a prime rib sandwich and wedge salad! So, so, good. Thanks as always for a great night
