Pizzeria Gusto is an extension of my dinner table, where friends, family and loved ones gather together to share conversation, laughter, food and wine. The aromas and sounds are a constant reminder of centuries old Italian traditions, which instantly welcome you to the family.
We believe that pizza is the perfect food. A blank canvas that has unlimited possibilities in both taste and texture. By using fresh local produce and authentic Italian ingredients your experience will surely have you saying "Bellissimo"!
Our wood burning oven comes from Reggelo, 20 km from Florence. The Valoriani oven is hand crafted by a family of artisans that has been perfecting their skills for 5 generations. Its domed brick roof and 650 degree temperature is the perfect vessel for creating the perfect pizza.

    We celebrated two birthdays at this dinner, and Sal made sure to acknowledge and provide wonderful service! We got some great recommendations, and shared a few dishes (Merenda, Cassouela) before each ordering our own pizzas so we could try more menu items. Great cocktails and wine too. Thank you!

    We enjoyed our evening here overall. Some of the dishes we had were wonderful. A few of them were OK and we had to send 1 back. The server was fabulous and very gracious about the send back. She did her best to have it corrected but the dish wasn’t working. The vibe at the restaurant is lively. It is definitely a loud place but can be tolerated and can make a fun evening out out. The pizza and arancini were our favorite dishes.

    Amazing bartender with lots of knowledge about drinks and very enjoyable to talk to. Would definitely recommend sitting at the bar but you’ll have a great experience either way.

    Been many times before- extremely loud and hardly saw our server. Pizza dough seemed different, service in general was lacking, water service also very lacking. Maybe a one off.

    It was a business meeting that was accented by the food. Service was pleasant & attentive. The clients have been there before albeit a few years ago, so the experience made them want to come back. The antipasto plate looked colourful and tasted delightful with the flavours of the cured meats and pickled vegetables. Nice start to our individual handcrafted pizzas, with all their fresh ingredients. I had the porchetta one; certainly made my afternoon.
