Play offers a distinctly fun take on dining at The Broadmoor. The menu is designed to delight, with retro Americana favorites such as our Signature Play Nachos, All American Burger, Crispy Rock Shrimp Po'Boy and Tropical Fruit Sundae. Broadmoor is a Colorado Springs gem, and a wonderful place to visit - especially during the holidays. BUT, even though we have stayed there, and dined there over 15 years, it is becoming unaffordable except for the very well to do. Sorry, but a $28 cheeseburger at the Play restaurant is just not reasonable.

I’m never one to leave a review, however our food experience was so poor I feel it is necessary to comment. We were group of 5 and only one person in our group enjoyed their meal. Food was terrible and highly overpriced for the lack of quality.

We had a blast at Play. The drinks and crab Rangoon dip were delicious. There was just 2 of us so we bowled almost 3 games in our hour reservation. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed some bowling and then dinner at Play at the Broadmoor. The customer service was outstanding During bowling the fried cheese curds were superb and the cake batter shake was all my grandkids hoped for and more! Beware, though, things can get expensive quickly. We then had dinner at Play, the wagyu bacon burger did not disappoint, nor did the cherry cola bbque sandwich. A fun location for a special function.

Perfect place for our first night, great food, played pool and watched some basketball.

The food was good. We had nachos and wings. The servers were wonderful. Very energetic, polite and eager to help. The environment was very cozy and inviting. Price was slightly elevated but you got a lot and quality for the price. I was not expecting nor was I happy with the mandatorily built in 20% “hotel service charge”. We were a small party of two. Hopefully this fee goes away. All in all 6.5-7 / 10 (9 without the fee)

It is a loud bowling alley with mediocre bar food. Service was fine; the food was tasteless. Noise level is exactly what you would expect in a bowling alley.

The vibe was great, loved the table top chess/checker games! Drinks and food were good. Our service was Awful. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone came over to offer drinks (and it wasn’t busy). Then after being there for 40 minutes and flagging the waitress over to order dinner and her not noticing us (not once looked our way) I had to get up and ask her to come take our order. Of course there is an automatic 20% service fee so she still received $50 on our tab. Was disappointed, when your spending over $200 on a meal, would expect the service to reflect that.
