Hey folks this is an event restaurant IMO. Expensive but the whole package food, ambiance, and view can justify the cost. Not something you will do monthly unless you have that kind of cash. IMO it is a dress up event. Classy place, you don't need to dress up but business casual or better fits best. However, for my friend and I we had a "New Adventures" dinner as we are both kind of going on different career paths and locations. It was a great evening. I forgot about the rest of the day and just enjoyed the moment. She had the pheasant, perfect taste and seasoning. I had the Sea Bass, buttery. We've had a different menu in January. Both were delicious. The noodles with my meal looked and tasted almost like a mix of corn and farro. I'm a foodie, this is EXCELLENT food. Excellent drink menu. Make sure you get dessert. Great for business or social. I suggest the later. I'd go again on another event.

The view was pretty. We started at sunset and it was dark when finished. City lights were nice. Several periods when you just look at taller buildings. We were surprised we were not taller to see over things, but overall view was pleasant. Service was good. We had steak Oscar , while it tasted good, it was not hot when it arrived. Luke warm and lobster side had to be sent back to be remade it was so cold. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs to use the ladies room fair warning to those with mobility issues .., I have bad knees so no bueno. No regular coffee available after dinner unless you want espresso . All in all I’d rate the overall dinner experience a 6/10. Next time we will dine somewhere else and just go to Polaris for drinks and the view.

Went out for a date night with my wife to Polaris. We ordered the Bread appetizer. It came with some delicious dipping sauce. Wife had the Pheasant, I had the Sea Bass. The food was prepared to perfection and was absolutely delicious. Our server was fabulous and made the evening more special! Definitely will be eating here more often.

This was our 1st time going but will not be our last. The view was amazing, beautiful ambience and delish food n drinks…but THE absolute best thing about the evening was our waitress Antoinette! She was the icing on the cake. She gave suggestions…was attentive…funny…and took beautiful pictures of us. Thank you for everything.
