   3 Shrimps, 3 scallops, no sides to come with it $41. Ridiculously overpriced for this dish. No red onions on the salad bar??

   We went for the buffet brunch and the food was great and the ambiance was great. The only thing that was bothersome was our server. We ask her for napkins because the crab legs were messy. Took her a very long time to bring us napkins and when she did they were just cocktail napkins. Like what are those gonna do when your hands, safe and table have crab all over? Also it took her a while to get to us when we first were seated. It was mint busy because we got there when they first opened. Other than that everything was great.

   We had reservations for 7pm and had to wait about 5-10minutes. Not bad. I got a specialty cocktail that was delicious. My partner received a Pepsi. I requested waters for the both of us at the time of order. Someone else brought a Pepsi about 5minutes later until our waitress brought the waters over and another person bringing my cocktail. The waitress wasn’t very helpful or attentive. I ordered steak and lobster and we got an appetizer. For $200 you would think the service would be a little attentive. Appetizer arrived, spinach and artichoke dip, not by our server. She never checked if it was good or to our liking. By this time all drinks on the table were empty. The waitress would stop at one table at a time, never glanced over or looked at our table to see if we needed anything. I finally was able to get her attention 20minutes after she had dropped off the waters. Entrees arrived, our waitress didn’t bring them. She did not check on us once, if the steak was cooked properly, if everything tasted well or we needed refills. Completely absent. At that time we just wanted to leave. No dessert offered until she asked if we wanted anything else. The food was delicious. But the service made us not want to come back. Disappointed.

   The place was absolutely gorgeous and the food was exceeded to my expectations. I really liked the filet mignon and my wife ordered the sauteed salmon.

   Server never came back or checked on table needed water and another drink and never returned through whole first time experience

   This was out first visit, the view was beautiful, the staff helpful, pleasant, prompt, the food yummy and plenty.

   Honestly was disappointed. I had the server with the shirt black hair and she had clips in it. She didn’t even know that we were there. We were waiting for like 15 mins. The whole visit I felt like she treated us like we were young high school kids at their first “fine dining” restaurant. Even though I wouldn’t say this place is fine dining. We were celebrating our anniversary and I just felt like her energy was off. Everyone around us celebrating something got a little ice cream or dessert but we felt rushed out. My chicken tasted rubbery, but my partner advised me not to waste time saying anything. I spent $38 for just the chicken. $6 for mashed potatoes. Never again. Orange hill will always be superior in service and views. I just can’t believe this is how we celebrated our anniversary.

   I went here for my and my son‘s birthday. My son was in a wheelchair and finding the correct handicap entrance was very confusing. It was dark in the signs were not legible at night while driving up the hill to the restaurant. The hostess was so rude and unhelpful at explaining where the correct entrance was for the wheelchair. Her comment to me was I did not build this place! Fortunately the manager, Kevin was very, very helpful And came out to the parking lot and help us just an FYI, there are two separate handicap entrances one for the restaurant and one for the events on the upper deck.. Our server was very nice and kind lady. The food was really good. But that hostess really needs some training and needs some Compassion towards people that are disabled.. It kind of ruined my birthday to have to go through that hassle. They need to do better on this issue and make the signs more visible in the dark with lighting, etc. Overall, I would probably come back now that I know how it all works there. It just shouldn’t be that confusing.

    Steak was at first raw then over cooked server was mean and rude. Manager was nice though.
