Welcome to Prelude - on the Promenade Level of McCaw Hall at Seattle Center. Sophistication, artistry and signature dishes designed by our Executive Chef await your visit. Prelude features the freshest local produce, artisanal products, a nice selection of wines by the glass and bottle, as well as liquor/cocktails and our sublime take on cuisine executed by the OVG culinary team. Our seasonal menus provide the perfect prelude to a Pacific Northwest Ballet or Seattle Opera performance. Reservations are strongly encouraged in advance.

We had a great time. The food was delicious. Our server was outstanding. We have decided to dine at Prelude whenever we're at a performance at Macaw Hall.

The food was excellent. Broad options for a wide assortment of eating habits. A special shout out to staff's quick action on a credit card left behind. Within 10 minutes of our departure from Prelude and before the performance started, I heard someone calling my husband's name. It was a dining staff member with his credit card. We are so impressed. This avoided a very messy process some days later when the credit card was discovered missing. So, to top it off. Great service. Julie

Food and wine excellent. Waiter was very attentive without being intrusive or making us feel rushed before the performance. Best service I have received in recent memory.
