Very disappointed in the hostess. We waited 45 min to be seated with a reservation yet the hostess was sitting other parties that gave her cash before us. Food was great but the hostess experience ruined it.

We made reservations for 9:00pm , we didn’t get seated until 10:28pm . It was a very long wait .The food was good, the server wasn’t patient, maybe because he was stressed . Be careful the server selects his own tip , pay attention when paying !!!!!

Great place! the service people were good! We even gave the hostess a tip because she was so patient because it was crowded.

8:00 reservation made more than 2 weeks in advance. Sat at 9:00.left at 11:15. They overbooked the evening. This restaurant group has a history of doing this. They are not that good. Not worth it. Bad experience on an evening that was supposed to be easy.

I absolutely love this place. The food is outstanding. The waitress, Katherine, was the best waitress I’ve ever had. So attentive to everything. Obviously a seasoned waitress. I will go back here every chance I get.

I absolutely love the food at Prime Italian! One of the best surprises is the bread they bring to the table—a long, warm loaf served with rich tomato sauce and melted cheese. It’s not a pizza, but with the flavors and texture, it almost feels like one. Honestly, it could be a meal on its own! For my main course, I had two incredible dishes: •Ricotta & Sausage Stuffed Brick Oven Meatball – A massive, flavorful meatball that’s rich and perfectly seasoned. •Angel Hair Pasta with Fresh Tomato & Basil – A classic, fresh, and delicious pasta dish. The portions at Prime Italian are enormous! Just one meatball and one plate of pasta can easily be shared among four people, and everyone will still be full. The flavors are outstanding, the ingredients are high-quality, and the experience is always top-notch. Just be mindful of the portion sizes and order smart—everything is generous, delicious, and perfect for sharing. Definitely a must-visit in Miami Beach!

Solid Italian fare...the spicy rigatoni and the caesar salad are top notch ! Wine list is expansive but overpriced in my opinion.....food prices are way above what I would consider southbeach pricing which is already on the high side (and I live in the area). Ambiance is also great !
