   We came for the Thursday pre-fix. The mushrooms were tasty. We both enjoyed the blue cheese wedge. The steak and baked potato i had were great as usual. My mom said her haddock was average, and the portion was very small. We brought home our desserts, which were disappointing. Mine was the peanut butter pie. It was somewhat bland and very crumbly. I wanted a distinct peanut butter taste. The server was very attentive and we love the environment, but there is much room for improvement.

   My first time ever at Prime and the service and food was absolutely beyond phenomenal!!!! Would absolutely recommend this restaurant. Most definitely will be coming back in the near future.

   We dined here on a Thursday when they offer their special 3 course meal: select appetizer, select meal, and dessert for $32.99. We’ve dined here many times in the past and took advantage of this special, but tonight discovered after we received our dessert, they now serve a substandard peanut butter pie on Thursdays with the special only. Our server told us that they still have the peanut butter pie that we love, but on Thursdays they now serve a different kind of “peanut butter pie”. It’s literally a blob of tasteless peanut butter mouse on a cookie crust! Nothing like the peanut butter pie they’ve served for years! They also removed several of the appetizers that they once offered for this special. Now there are only 3 appetizers to choose from. The portion size of the appetizer is also much smaller than in the past, even though the price of the 3 course special increased by $3. Not a great deal anymore!
