If you go to KW, Prime is a must-eat place. We had dinner at Prime on a quiet Monday evening. Everything was excellent - living in NYC we tend to have high standards for restaurants, esp steak houses. Prime has the clubby, cozy feel of an OG steak place with wooden walls and ceilings. Our server, Alex, was exceptional. Attentive, warm, welcoming, made great suggestions and knew the menu extremely well. I won’t go through every dish we had but the Stone crab claw starter was as good as we’ve had anywhere and the 24oz porterhouse we shared was perfectly prepared, tender and flavorful. The wine list is lengthy and fairly priced and the martinis we preserved were first rate. All in all, we couldn’t find anything that failed to deliver. Do yourself a favor and go to Prime.

Terrible food and service. Steak was grayish/white… almost like in a freezer for couple years. Hostess was so rude and service wasn’t great. Such a weird experience for a very expensive price point… must be lots of fake reviews for this place.

Tony was probably the best server i’ve ever had. Even got my stain out of my shirt and never had to wait for water, orders or any kind of questions, it felt like he was basically there the whole time! Food was amazing, ambiance amazing and service as well. 10/10 place recommend to pass by whenever you’re in key west.
