    Had a very bad experience at Prime29 for our valentine’s day. We had prepaid for the valentine’s day packages. For starters we got there an hour early and still got seated late. Proceeded to not get seated on the patio where I had selected. And they said sides were extra even though on this menu on open door it never said anything ahoht that. They had party music blaring and our salads came without croutons and were bland. We got seated around 10:40 for our 10:30 reservation and did not get our entrees til 11:55. We immediately asked for the rest in boxes. Horrible experience.

    I’ll start by saying our waiter was great. I can’t say we will go back though, we were sat “outside” in the patio area, apparently i didn’t read the fine print while booking that leaving a $252.00 deposit I would be sat outside in the winter. being February it wasn’t warm enough to be able to remove our jackets for our reserved $350.00 Valentine’s Day experience, which kinda ruined it for us. Also, it took over two hours from the time we were seated until we received our main course, On top of that the portion sizes were very small compared to all of the similar places we normally would dine, we had appetizers, salads, soups, main course and dessert, which came out of order but that’s not a big deal, just overall disappointing for the price, and experience. I mistakenly picked this place and drove an hour away from home because of a recommendation. Needless to say my date was disappointed in my choice and it has been the topic of conversation since. Normally I wouldn’t ever leave a poor review, and I don’t expect or want anything from this. Just wanted to give honest feedback.

    Food was subpar for the price I paid. I was expecting a little better food for the amount I paid on Valentine’s Day

    I loved everything about this place, except for where they seated us. If I would've known that they were going to seat us in the back with heaters, I would've booked a reservation elsewhere. Food and service were excellent, but to be seated away from everybody was very disappointing. My girlfriend and I joked that it was like we were the help, and they didn't want us amongst the common folk.

    I was sold a valentines present paid event with a set menu and live music for indoor seating. I arrived 15 minutes early, was seated outside with bad service, had to even flag down a waiter for refills. I eventually asked to be moved inside but I was still very disappointed because I had paid for live music and did not hear or see one song because they Sat is outside and then after I moved seats they put us into another room away from the music. Overall I was very unhappy with the level of service and I feel like I was ripped off and false advertising for saying live music and indoor seating. I will not be back.

    Waiter was fantastic. The food was fantastic, the environment was very welcoming and warm and cozy.
