Solea has five separate dining spaces that can accomodate groups from 20-250 people. Most of our rooms can be joined to fit your group perfectly. From our more intimate spaces to our larger rooms, all are well appointed in Mediterranean colors, brocade fabrics, and individual music/sound control for the perfect space to enjoy Spanish-tapas. Two of our rooms also offer flat panel TV’s which can be used with laptop computers for business presentations. Tapas are the perfect way to celebrate business receptions or wedding celebrations. Our style of dining encourages your guests to pass, share, socialize, and experience a culinary journey through Spain.

Solana Don Carlos (Hall of the Sun - Don Carlos)

Solana Don Carlos is a perfect space for larger, elegant sit down dinners or buffet receptions. This room has floor to ceiling windows, sumptuous curved booths complimented by wrought iron chandeliers and colorful faux painted walls. It comfortably seats 65 for a sit down dinner or 75 guests can sip sangria around one of our Spanish inspired buffets. This room can be joined to the two rooms next to it for groups of up to 120. A 100 person guarantee applies to include the private bar.

Sala Esperanza

Sala Esperanza can accommodate a sit down dinner for up to 32 guests. This room also features a flat screen TV which can be utilized with a laptop computer for business presentations. When combined with Fernando’s Hideaway, it can accomodate up to 48 guests for a sit down dinner or cocktail reception for up to 50 guests. There is a 40 person guarantee to combine both rooms to include the private bar space.
Sala Azul (Blue Dining Room)

Sala Azul is a semi private space which can accommodate up to 28 guests for either a seated lunch or dinner. Banquette seating lines both sides of the room, which has rich red velvet curtains that can be drawn for even more privacy.
Fernando's Hideaway

Fernando’s Hideaway accommodates up to 22 guests for a sit down dinner or cocktail reception for up to 30 guests. Rich, velvet panelled walls combined with red brocade banguettes make this the perfect space for a business dinner or stand around party. This room also has a flat screen TV that can connect to a laptop. The private bar features mahogony woodwork and a copper glazed bar top accented by faux iron grates on stained glass windows. When added to Sala Esperanza it can fit groups of 50.
Mosaic Dining Room

This room is named after the custom made Mosaic tile column in the center of this colorful and inviting space.The walls are contain antique stained glass windows and gold framed mirrors, and custom wrought iron chandeliers complete the decor. Being the largest of our private dining rooms, the Mosaic can accommodate a seated dinner of up to 80 guests or cocktail reception for up to 90 people. When combined with the room next to it Sala Azul, it comfortably accomodates groups of up to 120 guests.
