Brasserie du Parc
Brasserie du Parc is located on the ground floor of the One Park Place luxury apartment tower over looking Discovery Green Park. We are within walking distance of the George R Brown Convention Center, the Toyota Center and Minute Maid Park as well as several major Hotels. Our Glass enclosed Patio offers a great view of the park while our Wine room offers a more intimate dining experience. Master Chef Philippe Verpiand is also the owner of Etoile Cuisine in Uptown Park. He creates his menus to reflect authentic French fare and has an extensive wine selection. Our Event Coordinator will work with you to ensure your event of any size will be exactly what you envisioned!

The Main Patio

100 Seated
The Largest area is our glass enclosed Patio. This area over looks Discovery Green Park. You can reserve a table for up to 30 or the entire room for up to 100 seated or 150 standing. The unique chandeliers and decor give an ambiance of being in an authentic French Brasserie.
The Lounge
30 Standing
24 Seated
Our Lounge area is semi private area that can comfortably sit 24 or 30 standing. This area, located between our Patio and our Bar, is a great area for smaller Receptions/Happy Hours. It also is glass enclosed with a great view.
Indoor Main Dining Room
40 Standing
30 Seated
The original dining room is considered semi-private and will seat up to 30. This area is located next to the Bar which also makes a great Reception/Happy Hour area. With Cocktail tables this area can hold up to 40 guests standing. The lighting is more intimate then the glass enclosed areas and has a couple of small alcoves for more private conversations.
Wine room
25 Standing
22 Seated
Located on the 2nd floor is our Wine room. This area is a smaller intimate area for complete privacy and is a great room for Family gatherings or Business meetings. The wine cellar is located in this room but only the Manager would quietly slip in and out if wine were needed. It can comfortably sit 20 but we can sit up to 22 with different chairs.
