   Interesting art themed ambiance. Really stands out in Louisville as unique and trendy. Food was disappointing. Limited menu with tired attempt to be creative. A bit awkwardly self aggrandizing. Chicken was tough, nothing but Brussels sprouts as veg. Desserts a desert; mango sorbet is the best offering. Price point high but not worth it.

   It was a great place for our anniversary. It nice and fancy. The food was good, the service was good, and the art was a pleasure.

    Proof is always our favorite spot and always delivers - did have issue on wife’s meal that never worked out but otherwise the other 3 were great. Not writing them off but expect better next time
