Le Prospect est un restaurant plutôt décontracté de la même équipe qui est derrière l'acclamé Boulevard à San Francisco. Les partenaires d'affaires, Nancy Oakes (James Beard chef renommé/propriétaire du Boulevard), Pam Mazzola et Kathy King, ont créé un lieu convivial qui rend hommage à la cuisine américaine contemporaine. Que ce soit pour un cocktail et une bouchée au bar, pour un repas décontracté à la table commune, pour un dîner relaxant ou un souper dans la salle à manger principale, vous pourrez profiter du menu complet et d'un service exceptionnel. Conçu par la compagnie Brand + Allen Architects, l'espace de type loft est réchauffé par des tons de couleur terre, des fibres naturelles, du bois recyclés, agrémenté de lustres artisanaux en fer forgé afin d'ajouter un caractère distinctif aux dimensions impressionnantes. Une salle à manger privée est disponible pour des événements.

Everything was wonderful. From the minute we walked in the door. We were greeted by smiling welcoming staff, which was consistent throughout our dinning experience. We had several starters, which are all very good. The duck was fantastic as was the bread with the sweet creamy butter. Perfection. Sommelier was wonderful with his recommendations and we enjoyed ALL our wine.

Solid experience, we would have loved more suggestions from our server but the selections we chose were delicious! Our favorite was the chicken wings with caviar ranch we had to start and the La Aurora cocktail was delicious!

Burrata, scallops and fried chicken were so delicious. Pana Cotta was like rubber though.

Prospect is one of our favorites in the City. This last visit was amazing with their newly added oysters Rockefeller on the menu.
