   Pure Spirits is our go-to restaurant whether we are going to the Soulpepper Theatre or just visiting the Distillery District. We have never been disappointed. The service has always been exemplary, the entire crew working as a team to ensure the food and beverage is delivered in a timely and expedient manner. We had Mike as our server last evening and he was knowledgeable, engaging and professional (as are all of the other servers we have had at Pure Spirits). Having been in hospitality/restaurant business my entire career, I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Spirits to anyone!!

   Great location and aesthetic in the distillery district. Offer a 15%discount to soul pepper theatre goers.Generous portions and something for everyone on their menu. If you are lucky enough to be served by Mike your're off to a good start He's a seasoned professional and knows his stuff . He'll quickly resolve any food discrepancies with a smile so your dining experience is the best it can be. Thank-you Mike!

   I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I ordered two dozen oysters with a side of habanero, onion vinaigrette, and dip, and they were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The mussels were also outstanding—very fresh and cooked to perfection. Additionally, the bread and focaccia were exceptional, adding the perfect touch to the meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-quality seafood and delicious sides!

   We had an excellent dinner of oysters and fish, the star was the Hamachi tartar - delicious!! - great recommendation from our server. All the staff were kind and helpful, food top notch!

   We ordered the seafood experience for 2, the food was out of this world! Especially enjoyed the oysters and clam chowder. Service was absolutely amazing as well, attentive and quick! Would eat again any time I find myself in distillery district.
