   The service was amazing, the waiters were fantastic. The atmosphere was phenomenal and very friendly. The whole entire scene and the music was just wonderful. The staff were able to attend to my needs and ensured that when I didn’t like the starter, they were willing to offer me another starter. I would definitely say this is a must place to go. Thank you for my birthday cake treat 🙂

   My friend has a serious dietary requirement,she can’t eat Gluten but the questions and attitude was as if it is her fault and it was almost too much effort to suggest or make her something as everything they had on the menu except the steak had some sort of cross contamination .

   Really disappointing, food was poor, chicken was under done for two of the table, I appreciated this was removed from the bill. Ran out of burgers for two of group and then ran out of crème brûlée. We had to ask multiple times to have our Prosecco topped up, which is not ideal for a bottomless Prosecco. Such a shame as myself and my group had a great time last time, but the food was so poor I wouldn’t return. Even the avocado and poached eggs was tasteless, more seasoning needed.

   Great Friday night value, fantastic live music, we took our children ages 13 & 15 & were still able to enjoy it. Nice service, food good.

   We had a wonderful evening again at Quaglino’s. The musicians were all outstanding and there was a real vibe especially at the end of the night. The food was good, particularly the glazed duck and watermelon salad. We came for my daughters 21st and the staff took great care of us, we appreciated the extra touch of a birthday dessert. The only thing we did both note, was that the sommelier was rather cold towards us! We’ve encountered some lovely ones, who are always personable, warm and happy to help. None the less, we really had a great time and look forward to returning again.

   After dining at Quaglinos recently and enjoying it , we returned with a friend to dine. We had to ask for the fixed price menu, it wasn't offered and sadly the service was not worth the 15% . We were seated next to the stage which made conversation impossible and was astounded to find £15 added to the bill for music. Overall service and music added over £50 to the bill and neither service or music were worth this additional cost. Wont be rushing back

   The staff at Quaglino's are exceptional – friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. From the moment you arrive until you leave, they truly make your visit memorable. However, I did find the Sunday dinner disappointing. Unfortunately, everything seemed overcooked, from the meat to the vegetables and roast potatoes. A small suggestion: I would have preferred my prawns to be deshelled beforehand, rather than doing it myself.

   Great for a vibey, drunk night but not great for a Galentines or First-date 😆 food was great, smaller portions, was about £80 per head for a main, side, drink, water and service. I went for a Galentines with 6 girls we were sat towards the back near the stairs. Could not hear each other AT ALL - had to shout to hear each other. Service was 10/10

   I went here for Valentine’s Day. The ambiance was amazing. Truly great music and I love how the inside of the restaurant is. That being said, the service was possibly the worst I have ever experienced. We left before we got all of our courses because we had been there for over three hours. Our entire section of tables had to continually flag down staff to ask for refills and our next course because our waiter just wasn’t interested. We were given bread because the kitchen was backed up and then charged extra for it. This place would be great for just a cocktail and then leave. Was one of the biggest (and most expensive) disappointments of my trip.

    The night was supposed to be special as it was not only the first valentines with my partner but also her birthday. When emailing about her birthday and the availability for a cake or similar this was coldly ignored and I just received an email back from the reservations manager that the deposit had been received. No response or acknowledgment of my request (even if it wasn’t possible). This should have been a warning sign on things to come. When arriving on the night we were walked to our table,m and once sat realised our table was very wobbly - not the tolerable kind. We waited 20 minutes before my partner - on her birthday - had to go up to the front desk to report this and also ask for someone to even come and serve us water… about 5 minutes after returning from the front desk the server came and ask if we would like drinks, we informed them that we haven’t even had water yet, the manager came to see us shortly after and tried to fix the table and kindly gift us a glass of bubbly each. The table still wasn’t fixed and we had to get up to report this again, to which we were told someone would return which they never did. After waiting ridiculously long time to receive our starters we realized we were not severed our first course and of course had to get up to report this again. No one checked in on us once, not once. Every interaction with waiting staff had to be sought after, I’ve never been one to complain and it pains me to write this but it was a horrible experience on a day that was supposed to be so special. After eating our lukewarm mains, a manager came to ask how we were and my partner had to let out her frustrations. With 10 minutes left of the set we were seated at the front - which was nice for 10 minutes - before having to wait again for 30 minutes to get the bill. When we received the bill the deposit wasn’t removed and indeed the above average 15% service charge was left on that we had to ask to ask to be removed. The man taking payment scoffed.
