    We’re thrilled to welcome British chef and television presenter Matt Tebbutt as the next guest in our Chef Series. On Thursday 17th April, he joins Executive Chef Jack Smith in the kitchen to create a menu inspired by hearty British cuisine, elevated with rich, seasonal ingredients and Quaglino’s signature flair. To start – Lightly cured Chalk Stream trout, fennel & cucumber salad, green peppercorn, citrus, and shallot dressing. Main – Rack of Lamb, Savoyarde potato, wild mushroom persillade, Bordelaise sauce. To finish – Warm gingerbread, toffee sauce, poached apricots, and burnt almond cream. Swing star Martin John and his five-piece band will soundtrack the night with lively sets, sure to have you up and dancing. Three courses – £79

    Very delicious food and friendly staff, the vibes were great! Did not see the stage at all during live performance, I think I will need to try the upstairs seating area next time, the view from there is amazing.

    Great music and service - good fine but very expensive - £46 for average bottle of rose, £5.85 for water.also £5 per head for music - surely this should be included in brunch price

    Building, music and ambience was fantastic and we had a great night out. Food was expensive for what it was and menu was limited. Took us a while to choose something - I couldn’t figure out a theme - steak, prawn cocktail, fish, caviar suggests traditional but there were some slightly more interesting options. Quality of food was good but perhaps not as good as they think it is for the price. Margarita cocktail was quite poor short on Cointreau. Asked about the wine response was “it’s the house wine” and couldn’t elicit any further details!

    The live music duo (Tom & Lloren) who currently perform every Monday night were amazing, the food was excellent, tender tasty fillet steak with lovely side orders was my choice, and the desserts went down well too

    Not the first time I have been with my wife, we were disappointed with the noise levels, couldn’t hear the live music properly. Mainz took over an hour to arrive and we had to watch a group of 4 come in get their starter quickly had their mains quickly and even had dessert all within 40 minutes..was truly not happy on this occasion
