Awful experience. We never got our reservation! We come as a family to the Macy’s day parade every year. Last year they had some snafu with their liquor license so we were able to get a table there last minute. This year I went on OpenTable to reserve and you can reserve only 30 days prior so I set in my calendar. Then I reserved. Two days before our reservation we get a text from them that not only makes no grammatic sense but the bottom line was is they were not be serving Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving. Not only where they not having Thanksgiving. The only edible option for dinner would be a cheeseburger and bar sides.Leaving our family with no Thanksgiving options as it was too close in time and everybody had already booked, the places that were serving Thanksgiving. It is in my opinion now having their liquor license back they decided they would make more money doing that without giving reasonable notice to everyone that had booked prior and please keep in mind….This is part of a hotel so everybody there is traveling from out of town. Highly disappointed that anybody would do this to families on Thanksgiving. P.S . we got into Benjamin’s with a last-minute cancellation and it is pricey, but worth every penny! And they served Thanksgiving dinner.

Pre-Covid this spot felt like a smart hideaway for those in the know highlighted by proper cocktails and decent food above the rattle of Times Square. Times have changed however and mores the pity: sure, come for the view but skip the overpriced amateur hour drinks and inedible bar bites, you’d be better served at the Olive Garden next door.

They don’t have a lot of food options . We spent 160$ on wings fries and 3 drinks .. the tip was already included but the view was beautiful

Lovely spot to sit and take in Time Square away from all the crowds, a hidden gem and the simple menu was lovely! The food was really good, I’d definitely recommend anyone visit whether it’s just for drinks or something small to eat aswell.

The little man on front of house was super miserable. Wasn’t helpful at all and made our experience poor. Because of this we didn’t finish our drinks and left. We was refused the tables at the front where no one was sat and was told once your sat you do not move which we said no problem, then the table next to us asked if they could move aswell and they kicked up a fuss and he said ok right this way. So when we asked again if we could go on the table next to them which was free, he shouted NO! Just really rude. It’s a shame because it’s such a beautiful setting. The staff downstairs were so lovely
