Rooftop bar serving craft cocktails and seasonal cuisine 15 floors above downtown in the AC Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk. Take in views of the San Antonio River Walk, Main Plaza and San Fernando Cathedral.
Our food menu at 1 Watson includes Texas-inspired items such as smoked brisket tacos as well as three varieties of tostadas. Enjoy craft cocktails, beers and wines from select Texas vineyards and beyond. Our libations menu features cocktails made from Texas-made bourbon, vodka and gin.

We have Reservations available for a percentage of our restaurant and the rest of the tables will be on a first come first serve basis. For all reservations, a two-hour time limit will be enforced. We got our seats quick thanks to Devin Than our waitress Janette was amazing she made sure everything was perfect and Sebastian did amazing with the drinks

Ray was a great server ! Very kind, quick and easy to talk to. He was welcoming and had a great vibe. Took his time serving us, we never felt rush. 1st time coming and will definitely be back. I enjoyed the 3 course valentines night menu. Thanks Ray!

Me and my wife enjoyed our 17th anniversary here and the ambience was beautiful!!! Sitting over the Riverwalk looking down on the city was amazing. The drinks were also amazing. The food not so much. We got the brisket queso appetizer and the cheese was so thick and greasy it was unappetizing. We also tried the brisket tacos, which were mediocre at best, they came out medium warm but had great flavor just a little tough.

Very slow service, dirty table and cup. Not impressed with the food. We waited over 20 minutes to even be greater by a server.

Service was average . Nice people but need better training . Seating was an issue with the reservation . One bartender wasn’t great and didn’t know her bar . I had asked for something particular and she said we didn’t have it then other guy comes up and said of course we do .
