100 Wardour St offers a vibrant atmosphere with "amazing music and service." Perfect for celebrations, the venue shines with "delicious food," especially the steak. However, while some find the experience "fabulous," others note challenges with service speed and costs. Ideal for lively evenings, but may not suit quieter diners.

Overall I think this place is over rated. We visited the lounge area for dinner for a birthday dinner, the service was minimal, had to wait 30 minutes to be served my first drink. We ordered mash which didn’t even arrive and had to ask the waiter to cancel, and then when received the starter came with 1 peixe of bread which was very very small, we asked for extra but costed £3 per slice of sourdough bread. I would say this place is over rated. There menus on there website are not up to date and only serve festive menus which do not include the ribeye steak but yet charge £60 instead of £55. Overall I would provide a 3 out of 10 scoring.

We booked the Rhythm & Brunch at 3:30pm on a Saturday, I would say its good for large groups but definitely not for a couple. We moved table to the Juke Box brunch upstairs as couldn't see the menu (so dark) and couldn't hear each other as it was in full party vibes at 3:30pm. Food was ok, but nothing special. Downstairs was majority females, large groups of hen parties and 30th and 40th birthdays etc.

Excellent venue for big groups, service was extremely fast for our group of 20 people, the restaurant was open until late so we were very happy to have well cooked and presented dinner at 10pm after a show. Thank you 100 Wardour team!

Horrendous experience. Came for my birthday with friends. One of our party has a severe nut allergy and we were told the restaurant cannot accommodate for her allergy therefore she could risk eating but it would be on her or she could not eat. The staff were unhelpful and rude. As a result we decided not to stay for brunch. No apology or compensation was given despite them completely ruining our day out. A nut allergy is a very common experience and for such a large establishment to not cater for this is quite frankly disgusting and discriminatory. So disappointed and will not be returning. Do not bother wasting your money here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet expectations. We take food allergies seriously, and while we always aim to accommodate guests, we do need to be transparent that due to the nature of our kitchen and potential cross-contamination risks, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment. We apologize if this wasn’t communicated clearly or handled well by our team. We understand how important it is to feel safe when dining, and we regret that this impacted your celebration. Your feedback is valuable, and we will be reviewing our processes to ensure better communication moving forward.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my 40th birthday with four close friends, expecting a memorable evening filled with great food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was far from what I had hoped for. To start, the food was overpriced for what it was. The burrata, which is usually served with bread, arrived solo – we requested bread three times but never got it. Two cocktails we ordered also never made it to our table. The main course was no better; the steak was rock-hard, and for what they charged, I would have been better off at the Hawksmoor. The dessert was overly sweet, making it nearly inedible. Even the ambiance fell flat. There was no recognition of my birthday; I never felt special. The band looked more annoyed than entertained, barely engaging with the crowd and performing as if they couldn’t wait to leave. To add insult to injury, the final bill was a shocking £500, including a 15% service charge. This felt like a complete rip-off, especially as a single mum of two dealing with the rising cost of living. Instead of leaving with warm memories, I left with regret and a sleepless night. This experience was disappointing on all fronts, and I’ll be warning others to steer clear – it’s truly overrated and absurdly overpriced.
