No liquor license. Service was eh and sushi was not good.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you did not enjoy your evening and thought the service and food was not very good. We strive to continue to improve and make our staff better. In reference to our liquor license unfortunately we do not control the timing of the County in issuing these and that is why we offer one complimentary cocktail or glass of wine, which I hope both of you enjoyed. The restaurant was only open for three months. The waiter advised us that they didn’t have a liquor license and that they would give us free drinks so we were OK with that. However, the waiter was not attentive to us at all. Our reservations were at 7 PM and we didn’t get our food till 815. He just forgot about us. He was very clueless and didn’t explain to us that they were understaff and very busy. If he communicated with us and expressed this to us we would have been ok with it. The food was just okay.

Had a lovely dinner outside on patio. It was so nice to have a somewhat relaxed dinner after spending quite a few nights eating out at fancy resort restaurants. The live music was a super nice addition too. Food was good, server was attentive.

Not ready for prime time. First of all, do not open a sit down dining establishment in a resort community without a liquor license. We should have left as soon as we heard that from the server. Yes, they did offer complimentary wine, but they only had one glass of white wine left for the whole evening (at 6 pm). The entrees are very small and two people in our party were served their meals at the expected interval, then another entree came after 15 more minutes and the final entree was taking even longer so we ended up leaving before it came. All in all we paid over $200 for a completely lackluster experience. We asked to speak to the manager and he was too occupied to come out. There were just as many staff as there were customers, so we were confused as to why he was so in the weeds. Avoid this place if you are looking for a nice evening out.

Absolutely some of the freshest, unique dishes on this menu. With a Peruvian flare great flavors too.

Excellent meal! We have been waiting for 1111 to open and it was worth the wait. The fish was super fresh and the crispy rice on the Omakase Nigiri menu is done well. Ample seating with options at their bar, sushi bar, indoor or outdoor tables and high chairs if you’re dining with a little foodie. Bonus points for having generous portions on the keiki menu. The fish bites were great!
