The actual space is nice but the experience of getting to the space ruined everything for me. There is no need to have 3 different check-in counters and then require patrons to sign a waiver to have a drink at a speakeasy. The first touches for the customer ruin the mood.

I won't come back here. On the website it says reservations and walk ins but we made a reservation for 4. I tried to call and change it to 6 in case 2 of our other friends showed but no one would answer the phone. We got there and 30 min later one friend showed up. They wouldn't allow her to join us even though the place was empty and there was an extra seat at our table for her. We ended up paying and leaving to go to the holiday bar instead where they had the same drinks plus more. I was very disappointed. Also I asked the server for a drink suggestion that looked "cool" and his first suggestion was Snow Be It and not cool at all. It was a pale yellow drink that looked like a glass of wine.

Four Seasons ambiance. Really, really, really nice McDonald's service. Know your stations and rotations.

It was good but at first we didn’t have a table and we had to wait around 40 minutes even if we had our reservation

As a speakeasy, the location was a slight challenge as you would expect. The ambiance was really good but the service was really slow. For example, you are limited to a 2 hour visit but it was a real challenge to get in 2 rounds of drinks in 2 hours. I don't know if the delays were at the bartenders side or the server but it took at least 20 minutes (didn't time it) to get our first round of drinks. We tried to order a second round but we couldn't get a server for another 20 minutes. We enjoyed drinks we did have but we would have had another round if we didn't run out of time.

didn’t get food but the cocktails were so good! And reasonable priced in my opinion. The vibes are immaculate and a great place to grab a drink with friends and start your night!

It was just okay, not sure if it was a slow night but I won’t rush to go back. The bartenders were great and the drinks were very good I just don’t like the vibe of the place.

There’s no real food so don’t look at that score. The ambience is amazing. The views are dope. The cocktails are tasty. Price point could feel high to some ($16ish)

Only qualm was we were there while there was a private event being set up so it was a lot going on we had to leave BUT the service was good and the very helpful. Last time we came there was a food menu, and the food was pretty good, so we were surprised there was only a small charcuterie plate on the food menu.
