   Long gaps between courses on the tasting menu. Service disorganized. Drinks too expensive. But three dishes were very nice

   We chose the new tasting menu which was excellent. All the courses were outstanding - but, if we had a favourite, it was probably the last one: Yuzu Jelly and Sake citrus with a Rose Macaron. The canape of a Light Rice Cracker with kimchi and citrus gel was not far behind. we chose the standard white wine (Gaillac) which was a fine complement for the menu. We also spoilt ourselves with an Espresso Martini each afterwards - which were superb. Service, as always, was attentive without being obtrusive. All in all - a wonderful evening. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant - and, in particular, this tasting menu.

   We tried the tasting menu, first time at Browns. We are familiar with the tasting menus from Studio, and this was also excellent. how they conjure up these delights is way above my culinary skills. The wine was excellent, a white from Salina. The waiter was most pleasant and provided an interesting conversation. We took a woofer who enjoyed the company also.

   Very accommodating and helpful staff, gave us a complementary dessert for my mum's birthday! Very nice and intimate ambience. Food was delicious.

   Poor service. Friendly enough but unprofessional behaviour. Arguing over place settings, speaking to each other across the room over diners’ heads.

   So delicious! Sharing platter with many options. Great way to get a selection and introduction to all these great flavours. Surprising to have sushi approach, and actually tastier without fish. We really enjoyed desserts too. More French style.

    I really enjoyed my first visit to 123V Browns last week. I had been to and liked other Gauthier restaurants and this did not disappoint. I had two kinds of sushi and the sushi tacos. Interesting combinations and flavors. Next time I will come with a friend so I can order the Omakase Plate and try even more.
