   129 Center Cut was a fun night out. The food was fantastic. My husband tried a new pizza and loved it and I had the Prime Rib which was outstanding! Our server was wonderful. Overall it is always a bit loud in there, but you know that going in. 129 Center Cut had an entertainer and he was pretty good, so there you go...a very good explanation for the noise level. We will definitely be back.

   I rated the service low because one of the persons in party had certain food allergies. She ordered a dish that the waiter assured her would be modified to suit her needs. When the food came out hers was wrong. The kitchen prepared a new dish and it was still wrong. The third time was the charm. The restaurant comped her meal but the food never should have been wrong twice. Otherwise, everything else was very good. My wife and I will be going back. I'm not sure our friend with the allergies will.

   I have eaten at Center cut before and the food was always fabulous. This time, however, the steaks we had were fatty, the mushrooms in the mushroom appetizer were raw, the shrimp were very small for a surf and turf while the steak was huge, but fatty. Both of us had gastric problems throughout the night once we were home. The cocktails were great. Our server was excellent, but the food was marginal at best. Not sure what happened because our dining experience previously was always excellent.

   We had a 7:30pm reservation on Valentine’s Day, but when we showed up, the lobby was packed. They were taking down names and reservation times as if they had no record of all the open table bookings and then told us that they were still seating the people with 6:30pm reservations—who had been waiting for an HOUR. We left and had sandwiches at home. Not the Valentine’s Day we had planned. Total waste of hiring a babysitter.

   Reservations for 7:00pm, didn’t have a table until 7:50pm. Applebees quality food for a premium price. Nothing against this place, i picked center cut because I heard nothing but great things about. This was just not a great experience for me, for the price I expected more.

   Valentines night dinner: 645 reservations: the place was packed and at least 15 crazed patrons milling about the front area like a herd of cattle! The young anxious hostess told us it was gonna be awhile. I made my move to the crowded bar and there I saw it…a couple was paying a tab and putting coats on. I pounced on the young couple within seconds securing bar seats. I flagged my wife over and we took our seats at the bar. The AMAZING bartender said “its gonna be alright, im gonna take care of you now”.

   We were seated in a back isolated area where we commented the noise level was good It all changed when the jazz trio started playing. In spite of where we were, conversation became very strained I can’t imagine how diners in the main room enjoyed their experience given their proximity to the trio

   The restaurant is pretty and the staff is friendly. The server was very good and also very friendly. Unfortunately, our food took very long not sure what happened but we were told it was the lobster that took long. Overall very nice place. We will visit again

   Greeters at the table need to actually seat people properly. When you make a reservation doesn't mean you have whatever becomes available in the next 40 minutes outside your 2 week old request. I made four reservations for high tops and have been seated as a new party 4 times and if it happens again I'm finished making reservations here in and won't return.

    We have been to Center Cut many times and had good experiences, but not this time. We went on Valentines Day, arrived at 5:00 and sat at a high top table in the bar area. Nice atmosphere. Noise level was good; however, at 6:00 a band started to play. It was so loud we could not really talk while they were playing. The music was appropriate, but too loud for the space and a romantic Valentines Day dinner. We ordered the Halibut and the Lobster special. The fish on both dishes was dry. The lobster had a tough consistency, like it had been in a freezer too long. We decided to pass on desert because 1) it was too loud, 2) the entrees were both disappointing.
