I ate here for my birthday it was such a lovely time and the costumer service was everything! I definitely will be coming back

The food was good and the service was friendly and attentive. The noise level was a bit high,with the building AC unit near the outdoor patio seating.

Our 6:30pm Confirmed Reservation was declined upon our arrival to the restaurant, due to a Private Graduation Party. We were unaware of this in advance. We received “sorry” and told we could go to the Lobby Bar and order food to take to our room, or eat in the lobby. We were celebrating the special occasion of our daughter’s graduation from John’s Hopkins. The open air, rooftop restaurant on the 16th Floor was recommended to us at check-in. We were unable to find an alternative option for dining due to the last minute notice. Also, it was a Monday evening. A lot of restaurants were closed on Monday and most were already booked, unless we wanted to eat after 9pm. Upon ordering food from the Lobby Bar, we discovered other families of graduates who had experienced the same situation. Very poor customer service!

We had a reservation for a table for dinner. We arrived at the restaurant for our reservation and were told by the restaurant that they were closed for a private party and we could not eat there. I showed them the reservation confirmation and they said, (and I quote), "too bad." You can order from the bar downstairs. My mother was having surgery at Johns Hopkins the next day and we were all looking forward to a quiet and easy dinner before the difficulty of the next day. The evening was ruined. We ended up eating out of takeout boxes in the lobby. Horrible.

Absolute disappointment. Went here for Mother's Day dinner. I made the reservation for 4pm. But it was not clear on their web page that brunch would run until 5pm. This restaurant is awful at being clear on the events, pricing, and overall expectations. We waited, then came up at 5pm and still waited another 20min for someone to take our order. On the positive, it is clean and the view is nice up there. I hate to say this, but poor service is common among black run establishments. All of the staff is black. This isn't meant to be a racist comment; I am a young black woman. I just think it's a little ridiculous in 2024. UPDATE YOUR WEBPAGE!!! Hire enough staff. Yall, just go to Outback or Red Lobster or something. Won't be returning here.

The online menu is what led us to make the reservation, but not what they offer. The menu presented was very limited. There was only one person tending bar and tables, and she was doing her best, but it took a long time for anything. I ordered a medium burger, and it was on the rare side. My wife ordered shrimp and it was over cooked. The only thing that was ok was the chicken my daughter ordered. The view of the park is great, and we would love to see it when it is warmer and sit on the outside terrace, but the food was not worth a return visit.

We booked for Valentine’s Day. The online menu and the menu in the restaurant are completely different. We didn’t even order as the actual menu had nothing except for seafood. Very disappointed
