   Excellent food, phenomenal service. Gil has no equal as a waiter. His knowledge of the menu, and quality of care made our experience superb.

   We had a wonderful birthday celebration. It was a bit noisy, but it was a Saturday night! Food was fantastic and service was excellent. One small note is that the bowls that are used as dinner plates should potentially be switched out for a plate… They are difficult to navigate and your silverware very often slips off the side in between bites. Also, you may consider warming serving plates, especially the ones that steak comes out on when it is sliced to be shared.

   Prime example of don't judge a book by it's cover. We were in town for the weekend and wanted a date night restaurant that had both steak and seafood options. 16 Prime was recommended to us and covered both cuisine options that we were looking for. We almost changed our reservation after driving by the restaurants location earlier in the day. I'm glad we did not. The service was spot on, thorough and very attentive. We enjoyed a delicious and memorable meal. We started with the Mediterranean Octopus and the Crispy Shrimp. The octopus had a very unique preparation, thinly sliced with olives and capers, the EVOO helped prevent the dish from being overly salty. The crispy shrimp were extra large and tossed in a slightly spicy sauce while still maintaining their crunch. For our mains, we ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and Scallops. The bass had a light crispy on the outside while the fish itself was the softest preparation of fish I have ever tasted. I was surprised by the brightness of the scallop dish with both the asparagus and the corn, but everything balanced perfectly, though the scallop bites were delicious on their own. If you've saved room for dessert (or even if you haven't), make sure to order something off their separate dessert menu and be sure to enjoy one of their cocktails.

   Three great meals and one not so good. The $48.00 bone-in rib eye came without the bone and looked like a left over piece of meat. Definitely not 14 ounces. It was, however cooked medium as ordered. The scallops and pork chop was fantastic. We will go back again

   First time and would definitely go again. All the staff were very friendly and our waiter Matthew was excellent. He immediately recognized we were there for a special occasion and was friendly, informative and paced the dinner perfectly. The restaurant was full but we never felt rushed. The food was delicious and the steaks were perfectly cooked. The portions for appetizers were huge and can be shared. Definitely a great addition to the Denver market to have a nicer restaurant with fair pricing. Give it a try.

   The 8 oz filet mignon was cooked perfectly (medium rare). Side dishes plenty to share. Bar service a bit slow.

   The crispy shrimp were amazing. It’s a must have from here on out. The scallops were delicious served over asparagus and cream corn. The bread served was hard. The Brussels sprouts were very disappointing. Next time I’ll enjoy the bar and crispy shrimp.

    Mediocre service. Overpriced food. Lay off the salt The ribeye was fine but was cut to look like sirloin. Not deserving of the $49.
