   This was our first time dining here. Service was good but felt the courses were served too quickly. The shrimp cocktail was good. The blt salad disappointed with a watery blue cheese dressing. The lobster bisque was excellent. The filet mignon was good with excellent searing and perfectly cooked to medium. My husband said his ny strip was good but has had better elsewhere. We would have preferred an option for a baked potato as opposed to the fingerling potatoes we ordered. Not keen on the sides that are options. Had pnut butter pie for dessert which was heavy and we ended up bringing it home. A lighter option like a chocolate mousse would be lovely. We will return to try to the pork chop in the future. The pricing will make this a special occasion destination for us. We also noted that the temp in the restaurant was a bit chilly. Glad to have a nicer restaurant in Denver!

   The restaurant needs more options for individuals who do not eat seafood. Only one app was not seafood and it was a steak item. If you are ordering a steak you will not order a steak app. Also, they only offer one soup which has lobster. The filet was unseasoned. Mac and cheese left something to be desired. The Brussel sprouts were good as was dessert. When it came to a cappuccino, it was bitter. In terms of service, the waiter we had used the same lines on all his tables. This made the experience seem insincere and rehearsed. We were an early table and with an empty restaurant the staff seated tables side by side vs allowing guests to have space between tables which took away from the experience. Overall, not overly impressed and I am in no hurry to go back given the price. I am alright with spending money on a good meal, but I expect the meal and experience to match the cost.

   Food was well prepared and presented. Ample portions. Nice house Cabernet. Salad was large and could be shared by two people. Waiter was knowledgeable, experienced and attentive. Main course arrived quickly. Very pleasant experience.

   The greeting from entering the restaurant, our reservation was right on time, the waiter Mathew and his assistant Joshua were amazing, friendly and informative. We had Scallops, lobster ravioli, 8oz filet, tuna tartare, Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese, fingerling potatoes and chocolate cake. Everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. They insisted that we take our time, enjoy our dinner and just relax.

   We had a great experience at 16 Prime! The restaurant staff was very pleasant as soon as we walked in. All the staff were polite and served our food, drinks, in a timely way! We did not feel rushed at any point during our visit. We enjoyed the Crispy Shrimp appetizer, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, a bone in ribeye with the blue cheese enhancement, and the salmon dish! All were delicious and was more than enough to share. The portion sizes were good, not too small like some other places! We were happy with our experience and will be back to try more!

   Steak was fabulous. Really nice decor. The waiter was perfect and helpful Didn’t rush us. Had great recommendations for meal.Nice with a group sides are shareable .

   Overall, the food is good, our Steaks were perfection despite the cost. We book a table at a better than average every year as a Christmas present to ourselves. It's our night to indulge in lots of food we can't afford for the last four years of runaway inflation and financial mismanagement by DC. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a loud bunch of Yankee's that could have been heard two blocks away and their waiter was a perfect match of loud brash bragging about himself. I worked for multiple Fine Dining Restaurants for years and lesson one for the green and out of her element waitress we were paired up with, DON'T RUSH YOUR PATRONS !!! I was about halfway through an overpriced but damn good Wedge Salad when out comes our Steaks. Lesson two for sweet but ignorant waitress, CALL FOR YOUR STEAKS AFTER YOU HAVE CLEARED THE SALAD AND SOUP BOWLS !!! The kitchen works with you for the guest experience don't let them rush your service affecting your tip. My overall feeling was there's quality in the Menu but at $ 100 a plate the management is anxious for their financial return, to a point where they rush their customers through like Denny's. Lesson three for newbie waitress, don't approach the table every three minutes, if I wanted to have dinner with you, I would ask.
