   We were a table of 6 returning. Originally placed at a high top near the bar which was not acceptable. The owner graciously offered us a drink as we waited for an appropriate table. Well done! Steaks and service outstanding. All sides are delicious. Except the creamed spinach. It’s a dip not a side dish. Call me a purist, but it’s hard to beat Peter Lugers or Wolfgang’s They need a porterhouse for two. A tomahawk would be great too. All in all a great venue in an area without good venues.

   This was our first time at 16 Prime bottom line we will definitely be back. Everything exceeded our expectations. I have had the opportunity to travel extensively over my 50 plus year career eating in many of the world’s best restaurants. The Mediterranean Octopus appetizer was outstanding. Main course of Chilean Sea Bass and Filet were both perfectly cooked to our requested selection. Good wine list and desert selection offered.

   First time at this new restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. They decorated our table with birthday confetti which was a thoughtful touch. The tables are very close together. We could have reached out and touched the people at the 2 tables closest to us. We shared all the food. The chopped salad was large and very good. The 14 oz NY strip was overcooked and not good enough for $57. The a la cart sides were very good (brussel sprouts & potatoes) and enough for 4 people to share. I ordered a glass of wine and should have requested the 6oz because I wasn't asked and automatically brought the 9oz. The staff was friendly but service was slow and it was not a weekend night. We may give it another try.

   This is our 3rd time eating at this establishment. The food has been excellent and cooked to the correct temperature. The waitstaff has been phenomenal. I highly recommend, and please remember to wear appropriate attire for a fine dining establishment. Let's keep in classy in Denver!

   From the moment we walked in you could feel it was going to be an upscale experience, & it didn't disappoint. Food & service was fantastic. I had the small ribeye & it was cooked perfectly. The 2 other people in my group had the Sea Bass & Scallops, & said it was delicious. The only negative (very minor) was the lighting along Rt 16 was a little bright, they could have dimmed it a little.

    Our 1st time eating there based on friends' recommendations for our anniversary dinner. They weren't wrong. Atmosphere was pleasant & elegant. Service was great overall, and Roger, our main server, was outstanding. He explained many options & choices for drinks & food. Every course was delicious from the wedge salad, which was big enough to share, filet steak and scallop dish, plus shared crispy brussels sprouts. The deep dish peanut butter pie was yummy-good. We enjoyed a leisurely meal - not rushed or hovered-over. Kudos again to Roger and all staff that serviced our table and hostess staff that started us off.
