   This was our first time sitting at the raw bar, and it was a great experience. Regardless of where you sit in 1606, the views are spectacular. 1606 is a must for anyone visiting Gloucester.

   Very good dinner experience. Nice atmosphere and attentive service. Crab & Cod Ramen was delicious and portion was very bountiful. Server mentioned that she had not seen a guest finish the dish so enough for another meal! Definitely recommend.

   Beauport Hotel provides a comfortable venue for gathering. Sometimes it is way too noisy but in this off-season the lower number of customers made the experience much better.

   Beautiful restaurant and wonderful raw bar. We started with Caesar salad. It was cold, rusty lettuce and the dressing was bland. The rigatoni was tasty, not a lot of meat however, and the sauce was not like nanny's! My friend loved the raw oysters. Will go back again for the beautiful view of the ocean. Will try another entree, lots to choose from.
