   Food was very good. The drinks could have come sooner - there was a bit of a wait for that. Service personnel were very friendly. Nice experience overall. Very interesting and artistic dishes - kept asking what I saw delivered to other tables!

   Phenomenal dinner! The staff is so welcoming. The bread and butter are addicting!! Best braised short ribs I've ever had. Definitely recommend!!!

   Very nice decor and very clean. Our waitress was nice. We all ordered the petit filet, which was not really petit since they were 8oz each. The main filet was 12oz! The sides were so good. I had buttery mash potatoes and my wife had the truffle Parmesan fries, both amazing. Before that we split a wedge which was huge. Even split three ways it was a lot of salad. Get the steeplechase cocktail, it’s actually an old fashioned. Well made. Noise level was moderate to loud because you have the casino noise and announcements over the intercom every so often. It is pricey, but the quality of the food meets the price, and it’s still less expensive than Capital Grill or Morton’s. Definitely recommend before playing a few slots.

   Worst experience I've ever had. It was our 16th anniversary, so we decided to go out locally. The Rose had just opened up and we heard good things. We schedule our reservation for 9:30p. We're at the Rose and going thru the 'orientation' of it all, getting membership cards, it's roughly 9:40/9:45 but we've been at the Rose since 9:35p and during our initial walk through, we pass the restaurant and see there's absolutely no one in the restaurant except a party of three. This is why we went ahead and did the casino walkthrough because to our understanding the restaurant closes at 11p and well it's empty. So then we walk up to the entrance at 9:45 and a woman walks up, tells us we had 15 mins to enact our reservation, and that at the instruction of someone else they're now closed early. Confused, we explain that we weren't aware of that policy information. Then we explain that it's our anniversary and our first time at The Rose, that we were there on time but saw the restaurant empty and thought we had time, which is why didn't come directly to the restaurant.. At which time she blankly looks at us and doesn't say a word. The silence lasts for maybe ten seconds, we look at one another and we just walk away, leaving The Rose altogether. We later went to The Yard House in Springfield and got the best service and food, ALL RIGHT before they closed (10:45p), they didn't rush us and they even helped us celebrate by bringing us champagne and dessert free with our meal. I'm not saying this just to be saying it, the food and service were really excellent. To put it plainly, we were shown the difference between a company that values it's customers and one that doesn't.

   AB was our server and was awesome. The food was incredible!!! I gave my compliments to the chef for a perfect steak and he came out and thanked me. I’d rank this experience up there with Ruth’s Cris Steak house. We’ll be back again!!! PS. Hope you’re hungry! Large portions, just look at the wedge salad! It was sooooo good.

   This was our worst experience at fine dining I made a reservation for 6 we still didn’t have our dinner the place was empty near enough, croutons for salad were from a packet the steaks were so bloody dry they were like leather, we couldn’t eat them & I eat everything Then some ponsey little girl comes over after initially ignoring us, overly perfumed not professional for fine dining. Then they wanted me to pay for it!!! My bill ended up being $54 even that was too much, i also had a cocktail with wretched lime the 2nd drink had no lime, so even the cocktails weren’t consistent overall terrible experience I would say probably the worst.

   Service was slow and non-attentive. Water glasses sat empty and were not refilled even after asking. Caesar salad had Italian dressing on it. Lobster tails were small and steak was overcooked.

    Steaks were cooked to perfection. Our salad and tuna tar tar were both delicious as well. Best steak I've had in Prince William county. The ambiance was really you're eating steak in a casino and not a steakhouse. Our waitress was amazing and the staff even made the effort to pull up my open table reservation and call me after I left my debt card.
