1811 Shop & Bar Room is a unique combined concept establishment that houses a specialty home goods shop and a culinary-forward cocktail bar. Located in the heart of Brecksville, OH in the Brecksville Town Center, just steps away from the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, 1811 offers a unique experience to help our patrons escape the dreary, transactional environments found in most places these days. The Bar Room at 1811 is a place where you can relax with your favorite people and enjoy the highest quality cocktails and small bites made with passion and served with care. As we are a small, intimate space, reservations are made in 90 minute increments to help us better serve all of our guests. Thank you!

Drinks are fantastic, owner really knows how to make excellent cocktails. Extremely nice people, love the speakeasy feel.

It's a really nice concept. I think the owners are still trying to work things out. We ordered food but we never received any napkins or plates. Drinks were strong but overpriced. I would have had a few more if the drinks were not $16 each. It's a really small place yet cozy. The store is very nice with lots of unique items.

This is a really cool place for cocktails. Food is only cheese tray so not a dinner spot but wonderful cocktail menu with some cool history too. If you’re local to the area it’s nice to enjoy and not need to head downtown. We enjoyed our time out and will be back soon !!!

This place is absolutely cute and boutique like and the atmosphere is laid back. All of the drinks are excellent and crafted with care. Don't expect to go in and get your drink right away. The owner makes all of the drinks himself and takes his time to make sure they are perfect. They do not serve food other than a charcuterie type tiered platter which was very good as well. As far as the negatives, the service is very slow. We waited 15 to 20 minutes to get our menu on a Friday night. Seating is limited, so reservations are a must. They also only give you a limited amount of time for your reservation. Last night, they told the people next to us that they were going to be needing their table soon and those people had to leave. If you're looking for a specially crafted, unique drink, this is a good place to have one. The shop in the front of the building is very cute too with some unique things.

Go for the drinks!!!!! Best Gins around and many options for each liqueur.

This has become one of our staples. We absolutely love it here. The cocktails are amazing and the ambience is great.

Wide selection of drinks, but they are small and pricey. Would go back for special occasion but not on a regular basis. Owner was very nice

1811 is almost like a speakeasy, a craft cocktail bar tucked away in the back of a great boutique/gift shop. The cocktail and liquor offerings are creative and thoughtful, plenty to choose from and many specialty drink to please everyone. Additionally, the price points are very reasonable. The service is friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is they need a bit more of a snack offering. On the night I was there, they had just one option, although we did not order it. I did see other tables enjoying a two-tier plate of what looked similar to charcuterie type items. A little too much for just two people. I definitely feel adding some options for small plates would be an upgrade that guests would enjoy. Other than that, a great little place to have a cocktail and good conversation!
