   Disappointed. This was our anniversary dinner, and we were seated at a non-table in an area behind the bar (despite asking for a table in the reservation) with a “table” barely big enough for a plate to fit, after being told they were busy and had to “prioritize” tables for larger parties. It ended up being worse than being seated at the bar, in which the case the bartender (who was also our waiter) would have been able to see us. We left after 25 min when we had yet to place our order, disappointed. Im not one to complain, but I’ve never experienced anything quite like this. What’s the point of a reservation, noting a special occasion, and requesting a table if all of that is discarded?

   Service was outstanding and the food was excellent. Our table started off with mozzarella sticks and seasonal tomato caprese, then ordered spaghetti with a meatball, the scallop special and braised beef with tortellini. Everything was fantastic. Highly recommend.

   Kaitlyn was an amazing server!!! Loved everything food-wise. Very busy but no delays at all in getting our food. Loved it!

   Super disappointed with this experience. We sat at our table and had no server come by. Asked to move inside for better service and the hostess said “if you grab your silverware and menus and bring g them back to us, we can move you to a different table.” Seriously??? Our server was good, not great. Came by the table infrequently. Ordered the house focaccia bread and waited about 15 minutes before she came by (or anyone) to ask for the olive oil mix that’s supposed to come with it. The food was good but for the prices, service needs to match it.

   Overall we absolutely loved this place, we had a reservation for 2 at 7pm and were seated the moment we walked in the door. Our waiter came over to us immediately to give us water, get our drink order, and recommended a few items since we had never been. Our appetizer, dinner, and dessert were served to us very quickly and efficiently and we were very impressed by the food. We ordered the pepperoni fondue, gnocchi, ribeye steak, and hazelnut chocolate cake which were all spectacular. Everything was very good, simple, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back and will 100% recommend 1860 to anyone
