Valentine's Day 2025- Enjoy a delicious meal from our Á La Carte Valentine's menu (see below) with rose petals, on your table and a complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival.

1900 serves modern Irish cuisine and which offers a selection of traditional dishes with a modern twist. The restaurant is located on Harcourt street in Dublin's south city centre. All steaks served have been aged for a minimum of 28 days, this could very well be a deciding factor for steaks lovers.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn't great. We went for Valentine's dinner and as soon as we arrived there we were given glasses of prosseco, which higher a lot my expectation. However, after that everything went down hill. I order escalopes for starter and they were ok but there were literally just 3 super small escalopes. We ordered for mains 2 sirloins steaks and they came on the top of mash potatos which was not detailed on the menu, the side, which was church potatos, there was only 4. In addition, the his stake had a lot of fat and mine was extremely dry. I ordered a mimosa, which I couldn't even finish because it was made with diluted juice instead of the real orange juice. We didn't fancy any of the deserts, so we asked for the bill. It took more than 20 minutes to come, after we asked it for 3 different waitress. When it finally came, they gave us someone's else bill, which was more expensive than what we were due to pay. I wouldn't return to the place, which is a shame as the restaurant os well located and with nice atmosphere.

We went for 5 starters between two of us, plus dessert, and some drinks. All dishes were really delicious. The service was perfect, staff were so attentive, and it was a lovely ambience. Will definitely be coming back.

Tasty wine and dishes, no worries about what to order, everything is decent and the waiters are all kind and professional!

The food, especially the dinner was very tasty and well cooked. The service was impeccable. The live music played by a pianist enriched the whole experience. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful find! From beginning to end, we enjoyed our dining experience at 1900. The homemade bread, the salad and the entrées were absolutely delicious and the wait staff was both friendly and attentive. I will make sure I come back the next time I am in Dublin!!

Very dissapointed when we were handed a Xmas set menu, I really think we should of been notified when booking that we couldn’t choose from main menu! Very rushed, had to ask to give more time between courses
