   Wait staff was nice enough but not well trained in customer care preferences. He had too many tables to handle effectively.

   Great ambiance, had a very strange waiter who did not know about the menu and lacked awareness. Asked us if we were ready to order directly upon seating us, got the order wrong, and later on poured wine directly from one wine glass into another at the table. Was very odd. The food was pretty good and great atmosphere so I’m hoping the service was an isolated event.

   What a GREAT evening! We weren’t sure what to expect as there aren’t a lot of dinner offerings on the mountain property.  But to our delight, our experience has been amazing at the 192 and the Blake. The people are warm and very helpful with zero pretentiousness.  Our dinner with FOX and Hannah as our stewards for dinner and the bar afterwards was very enjoyable and relaxing! We are very impressed with the 192 team and all of the Blake team members we’ve met. These are people that like what they do and enjoy being here…and it shows. Thank you Team 192.

   Some of the dinners were pretty bad and the prices were extravagant, especially with an automatic 20% tip added. The waitress was very good.

   We both had the lazy six fillet, it was very good and I would recommend and coming back soon

    We made a reservation for 11am. They sat  us in a corner of the restaurant when the majority of the restaurant was empty. The table was not set or ready. We were told that we can’t move because when we made the reservation, that’s the table they assigned to us even though there were open tables near the window with a much better view of the restaurant or the outside.  we all had Wago hamburgers. The hamburgers were good, but the side salad was not the best. I do not recommend it. I gave this restaurant a three because the hamburger was good. Other than that it wasn’t a great experience- our server was absolutely fine. He was kind, responsive and helpful. We just weren’t impressed in general.
